Once the design is finalized, we prepare clear and detailed drawings for contractors to review. Well-prepared drawings help you receive more accurate cost estimates.

Permit Filing
We prepare and update the drawings needed for submission to the local building department. This also includes completing the necessary forms for the permit application.

Construction

Site Visits
During construction, we’ll visit the site to check progress and address any questions you may have.

Contract Administration
